Right after the investigation to the market in Nigeria, Mr. Chen Xiuxiang，General Manager of ACEG Overseas Company, continued his four-day market survey visit in Cameroon from May 14 up to 18 local time, he has visited the China-aided Conference Building Hotel Project and the Senators` Hotel Project completed by ACEG Cameroon Branch and called on H.E. Mr. Wang Yingwu, Chinese Ambassador to Cameroon and H.E. Mr. Christophe Mien Zok, General Manager of Cameroonian Conference Building, and H.E. Mr. Malla, Director of Contract and Budget Department and the topics were focused on the construction market information in Cameroon and related project cooperation intentions.
Local time on May 18, Mr. Chen convened a meeting with the management staff of ACEG Cameroonian Branch. Mr. Cheng Fan, Manager of ACEG Cameroonian Branch, made a report on the implementation of the projects under construction and completed and the current construction market situations in Cameroon and the Branch`s operating status. Then after, Mr. Chen has highlighted four requirements for the Branch`s corporate developments:
Firstly, make full use of the "spillover effect" of the Cameroon Conference Building, continue to improve the market operations and further enhance the brand awareness of "ACEG" in Cameroon.
Secondly, vigorously seek cooperation opportunities with other Chinese enterprises, try every means to expand the scale of project operations and further strengthen the influence of "ACEG" in Cameroon.
Thirdly, strengthen the communication at home and abroad, select and follow up all intended projects timely and further strengthen the international brand of "ACEG".
Fourthly, take measures scientifically and effectively prevent and defuse major risks, ensure safe operations and avoid undertaking projects in insecure areas in wars or conflicts.
